Warning! Do Not Order from Winni.
Delivered 36 hours late;
even though I payed extra for "specific time of delivery".

After 12 hours delay, I insisted to cancel the order because it had no sense anymore; it was supposed to be a Valentine's Day delivery for 14 February.

They refused to cancel the order!!!!!

They kept of lying that the delivery will get in 5 minutes all the time.

It came on 15 February at night, 23:00!

The Custom Message for the delivery was missing!

The cake was not the ordered one!!!
Also old, dry, no cream, just a little foam.

The flowers were wrong!
The flowers were dry, and painted with green paint!

And one more lie, they said they will offer free chocolates in the delivery, as an excuse for the 36 hour late delivery. No chocolates were offered.

Also, the curier asked me to go out on the street to meet him, because "it is difficult to walk up to second floor".

The worst experience ever...
Do not spend your hard earned money on this company.

Though the website talks about same day delivery in Delhi... It just won't happen. The phone numbers don't work... No one picks up.

Most Importantly, don't order from them. They delivered a cake that was melted and tasted so bad.

Pathetic delivery service and they have delivered the damged cake of 700 rs. Now, if I am trying to call they say take the cake or order on another date. The birthday is today and I'll now order the cake on another day. No refund. I'll not recommen anyone to buy a single price of cake from these cheaters.

Horrible experience….. Daylight robbery. My wife made a mistake of ordering online without reading comments. Not only has Valentine’s Day finished, but the next day is over too and there has been no delivery or update. Customer care and phone numbers are useless as no one attends these numbers. No way to get a refund.

My brother ordered these for his wife for Valentine’s and it came today that too 7 out of 10 and that too in worst situation. Worst service, worst customer care service, worst products. Not ordering anything again ever.

Cake was very testy and yum also flowers are so…fresh. Perfect combo I like it

Pros: Cake is good and tasty.. Received the cake within 2 hours.
Cons: cake slightly merged with the box.. They have removed a letter from the name on cake (unintentionally), but the customer support said it is a small mistake. I was disappointed.
Conclusion: Tasty cake with quick delivery.. I would have given 5 * but.... Transportation/Packaging could be improved to make sure the cake doesn't change its shape. Customer service could be improved..

these are frauds, will send you a 600gms cake when you ordered for a 1kg one. We send them the photo proof from a weighing machine but still they wont accept their mistake. very poor experience
