“Worst Customer Service and Money Loot...!!!”

I ordered a Valentine Cake “Cheif Special with flowers bouquet” as shown in the attached picture. Other cakes on the same page would cost you Rs.900-Rs.1000 with flowers. I ordered for their Valentine Special cake so called “Cake Chief Special” for Rs.1300 with flowers. When I got the delivery it was only cake WITHOUT flowers Bouquets. When I called them they flatly denied me and said you ordered only for Cake.

Cake was also not up to the Mark. It's not same as shown in the picture. They are just misleading the customers and making fool on Valentine’s day.

Guys- Please don’t get into this bloody trap.

I even tried to reach them on Customer Service number 011-26134189 & 9971490178 and what’s app them on 9971495880 but No one picks the call and even they disconnect.

Instead of apologizing, they had the audacity to challenge you if you take any action against them.

I am going lodge a complaint against them in consumer court for misleading the customers online.

This is a criminal Action under cheating, fraudulent, breach of trust may be initiated, and depending upon the merit of the case under section 406, 420 of IPC and section of IT Act (Cyber Crime) may further apply.

I will seek legal advice and don’t let them make others fool.

They have spoiled my Valentine’s Day.

Pathetic service, highly unprofessional staff. Ordered twice - Once it came melted, second time they didn't write anything on the cake & sent plain. Cakes taste old & rotten.

Worst cake sent. First and last mistake with Cake24×7. I ordered cake for my parents anniversary. Nthing written on cake and sent Plain even without Any tag. whole excitement of celebration spoiled.

They are very helpful. I ordered them a bomb cake in a very short notice and they made it in one hour and delivered as well. Cake was really very tasty and fresh. Must try...
