Defence Bakery SINCE 1962 Defence Colony

The bakery was excellent although the pricing on some items was rather high.The variety of cakes , cupcakes , quiches and other snacks was also good. They had multiple options even in the blueberry cheesecake I wanted.

Defence bakers from 1962. About the safety they have to work on them as public don't comply much. Lot of bakery items and real gud. Too much crowded and service at the bakery is not fast. They took almost 15-20 min to take my order. Cake is real gud, prepared on time and same as I ordered. So overall may be due lack of staff they r not able to handle the crowd, otherwise it is like 8/10 for me. And I recommend other also.

It’s an OK bakery in the neighbourhood. The pricing, variety and the services provided are all to a medium standard. I had burnt basque cheesecake, salted caramel brownie and chocolate donut. The best out of the three was the cheesecake yet the pricing for the other two was more reasonable.
They sure can improve a lot to compete with the emergence of the new cafes and bakeries in the colony.

Been patronising the outlet for a v long time, but was really disappointed with chocolate truffle cake which I ordered for my niece.
The cake and icing were below standard and hardly edible.
Never expected such compromised quality from defence bakery.

I've been a regular here for sometime and have never faced any issue, but today the attitude of the staff at the billing counter was really unacceptable. I was standing in queue for about 5 minutes waiting for my turn, but the guy just skipped and billed the person behind me. I was telling him the order and he just ignored it completely which was very rude of him.

The most deliciously amazing bakery in Delhi NCR. Their lemon tart is out of this world. Simply a mouth watering treat!

Excellent quality it's been there for years only because they have upgraded themselves timely... Tried and tested several times.. good quality.. value for money... Hope they just add quality cheesecakes too soon

I got my son's 6th birthday cake from defence bakery .My theme was space and they did full justice to it. It was a beautiful and delicious chocolate base cake.Special mention to Jeanie from defence bakery for helping us out with the cake.I am a regular client at defencr bakery at GK2 and love their stuff.
