I ordered Strawberry tarts online for a new years party I had at my place.Upon delivery, once I opened the box the strawberry tarts were crushed beyond recognition and plastered all across the box.I contacted the bakery and told them so and explained to them the reason why this happened too - they send off 2 tarts in a huge box wothout any support around.So of course since the tarts had nothing to stabalise them, they couldn't withstand the traveling/delivery.The person whom I was talking to ensured me they'd take care of it and that they'd send new tarts to me the next day.Comes the next day, the tarts were delivered in the same box, and upon opening it, I discover that their idea of supporting the tarts was to put down tissues around the tarts.Suffice to say the tarts were again splattered across the box and In an unrecognisable condition.Making the same mistake twice? Seemed as if they took no efforts to rectify such a rookie mistake inspite of a customer telling them the reason of their unsuccessful delivery.I was offered a refund but I denied it so that I could write a review and warn everyone that it's stupid to order online from this bakery.They are unable to deliver their goods in one piece.0/10.
