Pathetic store, Mr. Akash is worst sales guy , spoiling the brand image of First cry. Very abusing language he has and no proper response. On top of it he sell product with lies and false commitments

With Mr. Akash and such kind of store managers first cry will loose good brand image which customer has.

Awful experience...staff was so rude n disinterested in showing any garments...they were giggling among themselves...n the store was so cold in chilling december they had turned on the ac .....when I asked them to switch it off...they said it's already off n we're again giggling....Please do something about your staff...won't ever go back to this store!!!!
