Quality wise Product is best but some price issues u can face.

Good place to buy baby stuff...they have good collection of baby related products including diapers, lotions, clothes, prams, baby walkers from branded companies etc. The staff and the owner are good and really helped to get stuff when needed the most during covid times when baby products were not easily available at normal medical stores and outlets

I have decided to shopping from first cry store again and again because of good culture and good customer service performance.

First Cry provides top quality baby care products and now it is available in Meerut also.

Purchased Baby Care products from this specific shop in month of July 2021 and found every product to be top clsss. The Baby wraps are extra soft and doesnot leave threads, the range of clothing is large and is available in excellent virbrant as well as softer colors. On first day itself I became a club member and hence received extra discounts on the products.

Purchased Baby Cot model Kelly from this shop which was made available at lower price than that available online at first cry website. Even if a few products are not available at the store, they send the product directly to your home from factory on the same day. Recently purchased Baby Bedding set , which though was a little costly but felt good value for money due to the quality of fabric and cushoining.

The staff is very friendly and helpful in guiding their customers . Special attention is directed towards new parents.
Special mention of Mr Ashish , who helped me for a product inspite of the fact that he was on leave that day.
The owner is very amicable and offered good deals and quick delivery assistance.
