I did the Total Ayurveda Experience Package 𝐈. It was really nice and worth the money. There is an Ayurveda doctor on site, consulting before they perform the service, it's good that they customized the service under the package for each client. The massage therapist has strong hands but worked nicely and gently. The music and the scent during the session were good too. I finished the session at around 8pm and I had a great night sleep! I will come back again and recommend people to go!

I have taken massages in various spa in various countries. The massage treatment given by Athira at this spa was far above my expectations. I have lower back injuries from long sitting in front of co. After a consultation with the doctor. He guided the therapist and she knew exactly how to treat that problem. She treated me with very respectfully and professional way. My admiration for her that she is providing this class of service in India. Ayurveda sanctum. Should be proud of her. Highly recommended

I had the 2.5 hours package and it was a wonderful experience. It's a high quality massage/treatments and the oil smells heavenly. I felt in good hands, the people running the place are attentive and kind. What I recommend is that you don't wear delicate clothes as you may still have oil on your skin after the treatment. You can shower there if you want to, though. Also, I booked my appointment via WhatsApp and it was very smooth and friendly.

Amazing experience (Total Ayurveda Experience Package). Have had great massages throughout the world but this was very unique. Great for the body and for the soul too it seems. Highly recommend this if you want to take away authentic memories of your trip to South India. Thanks team.

Massage places can be highly skeptical especially solo in a new city but this place screams professionalism with accurate practices and knowledge of the craft. I had an experience of- Total Ayurveda Experience Package. Dr. Promod was a humble personality and the masseuse had good hands with just the right pressure. I understood things about the procedures and the overall experience left in ZEN! They also use homemade oils and are quite affordable for the market around in Kerala & Kochi! Go there with complete confidence cause you are in for a treat :)

I had a great oil massage with Abhirami last week. I slept very well that evening and my skin felt amazing for days. I am experienced with getting massage on travels and felt that the environment was very well maintained and welcoming
