Family run Ayurveda Panchakarma and holistic center with a license as a hospital. Dr. Anu is very qualified in Ayurveda medicine. She already accompanied my cure in 2018 and 2019 before founding her own, new center. Also this time in 2021/2022 my 22 day cure was very successful. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and well maintained. Kishor and the staff are very accommodating and very helpful. The therapists are qualified and under constant observation of Dr. Anu. The Indian traditional food is prepared and served according to the Ayurveda principles.

Special thanks to my 2 lovely therapists Aswathi and Deepa with their magic hands. Also a very big thank you to the best yoga teacher you'll ever experience. Ullas your yoga treats were truly amazing and attending your poojas were so powerful and energetic. But most of all a huge thank you to Dr. Anu; one of the kindest souls I've ever met. Her advise and support were tremendous. She and her staff make you feel so much at home, you never want to leave.

The very kind team of 14 devoted people use to do everything they can, to help you have the most successful experience. Always smiling, looking very happy... answering your demands, before you talk about them... supporting you in each step of your detox, with their very kind and quiet presence.
The 2 inspired cookers prepare delicious meals for you with fresh vegetables, so tasty ! The therapists are very experienced and give you delicious massages and the treatments, with attention and softness. Kishor is always here for you, with his amazing energy and joy. Abhilash provides the yoga lessons, with a real pleasure of sharing his huge wisdom. And at the end, giving the mood to this small paradise, there is Dr Anu... so kind, so joyful, so experimented, so attentioned, so strong and calm !! I stayed here for 4 weeks, and come back home with a cleaned body, new muscles, a deep joy and calm.
