ŠKODA Service Centre

The showroom and staff was good but the service was horrible as they will screw your car and your pocket. I spent 55K for service and AC parts changed and without making it long the key points were
My steering wheel started sounds after service which was rectified at another skoda workshop
They damaged my water pump so that they car engine should seize and coolant was leaking
they broke my rear ac went from which was also approved by other skoda workshop
They damaged my wiper blades which were only 1 year old
I paid 55K for service and AC coolong coil and dryer after which the cooling was ineffective and was also rectified at other skoda service centre.

Final words this service station is a thug as i dont want to share my car details with them nor i want to share skoda service center in delhi which is providing good service because of Brite Skoda. They call customers residing in rohini area and offering them petrol reimbursement of Rs 800/- for getting their car serviced their and offers free pickup and drop up facility for thuging customers

I would simply say that this is the best service I have ever received at any sector in India, I have never ever seen any place so courteous as it was here.
From the point I entered service centre it was simply ‘WOW’ for everything and the best part was that everyone knew what they were talking about.
Car was done with full care ( thanks to all well trained Engineers ) and everything was explained well with Pro’s aind Con’s, I would strongly recommend this place to anyone who really loves to take care of there car.
Last but not Least a very Special Thanks to Inku, Amandeep, Mayank and Mr. Jain who made everything go by so smoothly.
Also a big Thanks to Mr. Luthra who personally came out of his office and checked if everything was as requested.

Will surely recommend to all Skoda owners and visit again.

The sales person did not know how to win customers. It felt as if they had a lot of bookings lined up and did not care for new ones. Pathetic customer service. However, all color options and models were available on display.

Had a great experience as my issues were solved on priority basis. Keep it up team skoda.
