GoMechanic - SR Motors

It was a great service experience with highly skilled and cooperative staff. The service buddy Mr. Avijit Tiwari is very good in knowledge and the staff at the SR motors able to solve all the issue related to servicing of car. They also suggested the good tips to maintain the vehicle during Monsoon season. Thumbs up 👍from my side.

Went for car cleaning, firstly Mr. Avijit was not clear in giving the detailed service description at the same time he was attending one more customer, his main focus was on that customer because he has availed the service which were costing more than mine. So definitely its like if you are spending hell amount the you are God to them else they hardly take care of other customers. The best thing I experienced in front of my eyes was they are giving a goodie from go mechanic to the customer if they are spending good amount and then they are compelling the customer to click a photograph with them while giving the goodie and the taking the mobile of the customer and giving themselves 5 stars so their ratings are high. Check the reviews each review does contains a pic where the goodies are given and in response 5 stars are being taken in return. Please do consider this review before going to this service workshop rather i will suggest to go for a local service shop where customers are treated well.

And please note after some time means 1 week I disappointed from them because they changed wiper and after some time it is making stretch on glasses and not cleaning water very well . They used 3rd quality wiper from local market

Super service by GoMechanic, complete and comprehensive service for my VW Polo.

Every detail and issue was explained to me. Thousand times better than the showroom service.

Was assisted by Gufran throughout the experience, right from booking till the car was handed to me. Great guy, made everything easy and to the point.

Too much expensive parts provided by the service centre even than the brand part almost a difference of 4k.
Service was booked through go mechanic and list of all work were not excecuted.Nor the amount for those incompleted work was deducted from the final bill.
But the behaviour of staff is very good.
Only billing is a issue.
