Worst service, don't believe their commitments while the gives at the time of sale , If you buy things like washing machine, Tv etc take to much time for installation, I received message from company your installation done give a feedback us. But no one come for installation before that message received, no response for the product installation team. Poor service...

Customer handling seems to be good by the sale person.
Billing waiting period can be improved as we are waited for around 30 mins to receive the product in hand for delivery... I will share the feedback on the product we purchased after using for sometime.

Great Experience shopping. The sales person explained everything clearly and in great detail. We purchased AC, Geyser, Soundbar and a TV. The price is also great and the range of products they have is too good. They treat customers very nicely with a calm and cool attitude.
