Worst customer service.
Bought 1 whirlpool double door refrigerator and 1 chimney and 2 V-Gaurd instant water heater.
Unfortunately 1 water heater got repaired.
For the past 3 months, I went to the shop for 5 times to make the replacement but still I didn't got the new one.
The water heater price is 3k.
But if I travel from mt home to the shop takes petrol charge of 200 so totally 1k
I wasted my time for those days which is 500 rupees per day so totally 2.5k
For 3k heater I almost 3.5k rupee for replacement.
This way they treat their reputed customer in Karur area. People's be aware these kind of greedy marketers who won't care for their customer after their purchase.
If possible I try to update the bill number and copy too.

Dont ever visit this store. We brought a water heater - VGaurd which is damaged and even replaced one is damaged one. for a 3500 . Please stay away from this store. Dont fall for small discounts. Go to other traditional stores and get best product

I bought kent pearl Water purifier there the price is lower then the online pricing. And service is really good they booked the installation call for us. And the prices of their products also low comparing to other appliences showrooms in karur.

Went here for buying washing machine stand and cover.
It was first available here that too at a cheap rate compared to other dealers.

Costumer response is really excellent and price is low when compared to other stores and online. Vijalakshmi mam and manager showed good response and attention.

I would like to change my product. Because the size doesn't fit, I didn't open the parcel even. I have asked for exchange, But the seller even refused to exchange my product. The customer service very worst

Sales attention very very bad they don't care the coustomar. They enjoy talking and chatting themselves.
Hope the management will put attention
