Useless manager !!! Bought a LED, broke with in a year… when we went back and asked for manager to sort it out. He pretend he was busy and never acknowledged us!! Pathetic service… never recommend..! There are few other locals with competitive price and better service…

Worst manager I have ever feel in the service industry. As my point why I choose this shop to buy the fridge. Even as customer request multiple times not come down his point and standing his own way.

Worst ever showroom that I have visited in my life.i have purchased one TV before 2 months in vasanth and co Palayamkottai.After purchasing product each and every 10 days I am getting call from vasanth and co for silly reasons.
They are forcing us to send our picture with the product that we have purchased from vasanth and co for some nasty advertisement.

HDB fina processing fees very high Total amount =11000/- than but processing fees 900 very very high

The Price is reasonable and affordable for every individual when they are in need for household appliance.

Very poor customer coordination. 10 days before i bought a water heater. Still not installation person come to my home.. Poor response, they are treat as slave
