It is a good place to buy home appliances. It is a much cheaper place when compared with other shops in nagercoil town. The customer service has to be improved a bit more. Not all persons treat customers good.

Nice shop to buy all the house hold appliances. Almost All branded items can be purchased with a reasonable cost under one roof... One of their staff Maharajan attended us really good, well mannered & explained about products in detail. The Customer service was absolutely Amazing from him!!! We got an very good experience on purchasing our appliances. Expecting other staffs too have the same attitude.

One drawback is that the delivery signature is taken before the delivery of the product while paying the bill amount. They should have a process and delivery method to take delivery signature only during the delivery of the product.

Good customer service from the staffs they are polite and good. They welcome you while entering into the shop. Explained the features of the products very nicely. Recently bought a Samsung refrigerator had a good experience with the service people. They are well knowledgeable with the refrigerators which she has shown to me. Price is also reasonable and lots of varieties of refrigerators and other appliances available. Good experience

Purchased a washing machine from Rajan and Co. The sales advisor (Raghavan) was patient enough to show all models/brands and described in detail about its function and how it is different from other. Helped in selecting the one that suits my need. At the time of purchase their price was less/cheaper compared to online/e- commerce price. Will recommend !
