It's a great 'Haven' for tenants where rents are extremely low. But if you are a owner, it's hell and a bad investment!! So only if you want to buy and forget about it. A costly proposition!!

It's really worst experience. Visited the Sales Office because of the brand name "Tata" . There was no follow up atleast to ask the feedback also .

We had a interest so did a follow up , there was no proper response by the name Glory because some of the employees have attitude.

Again contacted them with other person by the name Hemalatha , she confirmed so & so amount & then visited the office .But the confirmed amt is not as same & there was a huge differences . There is no proper internal communication between them.There was some clashes between the employees & I was not satisfied with the service & there was a communication gap among employees .
But also we stretched so & so amt ,it was not concluded ...

Be careful , don't invest thinking that it was a lesser price compared to others.

The employees have tremendous attitude..not good response but the property is good enough.

Really it's heaven.

-The project is good at an affordable price.
-Good and premium amenities.
-Construction/built quality is good.
-The project comes with TATA trust.

Overall good project. I recommend buyers consider this project for long-term investment purposes. This is a Good time and proice to invest in it.

I had decided to purchase flat in tata haven I made advance of sum amount, latter Due to sum personal problem I couldn’t process of purchasing a flat, then I requested for my refund,

Great ... for now. Apartment complex is huge. And as of now 2022 January, it has space. You can find what they advertise- solitude. But 30% flats are empty AND couple of phases to be completed. That means once full *every* amenity will need queue. Solitude will be from 11 night to 5 morning. If you want to move in, sure.
