Nice apartment with luxurious flats, construction is new with amenities like Gym, swimming pool, Party hall, small play area for kids, plenty of parking area.

No matter the apartment is big or small but if it's not maintained well you won't like it. To ensure this Mr. Ranganath and team have been doing a very good job ever since the apartment was constructed. I am sure the star rating will never reduce below 5 if they continue doing the same. Thanks to them for keeping the environment lovely.

We are happy with our decision of buying our home with DSMax at Bommasandra (Silverwood). Timely possession was given, the site engineer has been very patient and supportive even till date on any concerns and has addressed them all very promptly.

Cost is very genuine, spacious homes good ventilation all basic and safety requirements accomodated. Full time well trained security staff in place. Maintenance and other facilities well equipped and maintained.

No false promises no compromises with the amenities, decent and convenient common area and parking. Post possession experience with hygiene standards is also good and regular. Despite of some problems on terrace the timely addressal and rework makes the team trustworthy.

The structure is well built to ensure privacy and give enuf space between homes. Good quality fixtures and fittings provided. Even interiors vendor was very reasonable thru DS Max exactly helped with what was our requirement within budgets.

Overall no regrets in investing in a peaceful living,thanks to DS Max team for all efforts and support in helping us with our home !!

Supervisor and staff very bad behaviour shifting time very problem😞😞

Vacated from 025 apartment. The owner and her mom cheated me! They have taken 60,000 deposit and 1-month's advance (17000) before I come to their apartment. I gave it because I trusted them. They didn't provide any amenities to me. Balcony lock was not there, electricity problem (circuit problem), water leak from kitchen and closet. what else! When I said that I'm vacating they asked me( I was ready to give 2 months rent) for 3 months rent plus painting charges and also no broker registration fees. That lady is insane!. Why should I give painting charges if I'm leaving before 1 month? and also no broker charge is their headache, not mine. I heard that before we came, one Tamil guy was there because of these ladies only he also left. He ruined everything it seems. But I will not blame him. Please no one go to 025 apartment in DS-MAX silver wood bommasandra. I don't want anyone to face this! She didn't return my deposit also.
