Not even 1 star, worst worst airline and worst staff
thanskfully this airline stoped their flight to india because they know their cheap staff at the airport
they dont even know how to communicate with passengers
Better they stand in the signals and do their job
Never ever recommend anyone to use this route to fly with flydubai
Shame on uneducated and impolite staff of this airline at chennai airport

My experience isn't better than others. The lady staff was cordial enough to answer our queries. We aren't sure if we will get our money back. This budget airlines has the worst service. It is better not to book tickets in this airlines. If at all we do that pray you get to travel on that date.

DON'T EVER CHANGE THE DATES !! DONT EVER CANCEL THE TICKET! YOUR MONEY WONT COME BACK TO YOU.

Quite unprofessional airline, with fares that keep on changing and no possibilities of any refund no matter of the amount paid !

Such useless unprofessional airlines. The don’t have business class at all on craft. Still they sell the business class tickets. After going to the counter at airport they tell that they don’t even have business class. I asked why they never bothered to inform before hand so that I would change the airlines if I had a prior information. . The staff were also very rude enough to answer this. Shama the airport again was literally very rude. And the manager didn’t even care to talk for a minute. Haven’t seen such worthless airlines before.

Worst ever experience... 3rd rated customer care. You never get response...
They played in my booking and never responded and didn't get refund or compensation. Lost my money... No entertainment systems. Worst...
If you don't believe just experience flydubai and other similar airlines. Just give a try on Oman airways you will get the truth .

I booked my ticket through fly dubai online for 72600rs due to pandemic restrictions I have decided to cancel but they are not refunding the money only giving voucher to travel next time within 6 months and also the same person should travel ,he cannot give it to others also. Are they looting the people who are suffering in this pandemic. Why can't they give money back. If something happens to me. I blame fly dubai only fly dubai is responsible.

I had my flight ticket booked on 28th March from Chennai to Dubai through flydubai and Dubai to Accra through emirates flight. I received my ticket last week and they mentioned yellow fever vaccination is mandatory else you can do it in Ghana but the charges would be around 300 usd as it was 500 INR i vaccinated at Chennai itself on 26th March. At the check in counter they did not let me to board the flight mentioning it is only 3days so you are not allowed to board the flight. I requested station manager BALAJI RAMANAN (who is not fit for the position) but he refused and started being robotic, mentioned that Immigration people will not let me to travel and I directly approached a Immigration officer and he mentioned this will not be issues if flydubai airlines is overbooked they hold the passenger with silly reason and don't let them to Fly and do not refund the money or reschedule the ticket. Again I went and approached BALAJI RAMANAN robotic person that Immigration people don't have issues then he changed his conversation that Ghana immigration will be problem. I mentioned that there will no issues at Ghana if I'm vaccinated and he started arguing that he need written letter from Ghana immigration that there will be no issues only then he will let me to board the flight.
No solution was given till last they didn't help me to reschedule the ticket also they are only money oriented and having staff's like BALAJI RAMANAN they will loose their customer also. A passenger was late for ten seconds again this robotic person didn't let him to check in even the counter was open, that poor guy was speaking in tamil that due to traffic he was late but he was responding in English which he couldn't understand after I shouted at him he allowed to board the flight.

Later I called Emirates and told about the issues, immediately they gave a solution they cancelled the flight booking and mentioned i can reschedule the ticket once my trip is confirmed that is how the professional people's works.

Be careful while booking the ticket, there is refunding issue.
