The worst airline possible, flying in Indian skyline. The customer service is s****y (pardon my French). I hope they learn a lesson from their fellow airlines that the sky is always not blue! . I wonder if anyone flies also with this airline. They postponed my flight by 5hrs currently without any surety if it will leave also. When Asked for compensation they can't provide any. When asked for a valid reason for the delay, they can't provide any. When asked to upgrade me to a payable seat as a compensation, they cant provide that too.

If this is the customer service then I am sorry to say the owner has the worst way of doing business. Cheapest airline does not mean it's equal to 'we cannot provide you any service on time'. Hope you know better to run a business than me, a common man!!

I should not give any star, but i did not have option so that i gave 1 star. This is very serious issue as I book my ticket by spending huge amount and latter I did not get full refund after Go Air cancel their flight. Customer service is pathetic as they are not willing to answer and give proper reason about the issue. <>but this is not happening. And this is happened exactly to me. I booked my thicket and reschedule from 14th Jan to 15th Jan 2020 on 10th Jan 2020. I got SMS from GoAir Lines that the flight got cancelled and this issue beyond their control. Then after i got a call from customer care and they assured me for full refund(10042 rs) and waited for the update, but they initiated only rs 7542 and they did not refund re-booking amount 2500 which they should refund as well because the flight got cancelled from their end. This is all GoAir lines fault not mine and i should get full refund which i did not get.

They are very poor in service, off course who will fly with them as they are now down side. I will make myself and others too not to book/fly with GO Air lines. Its waste of time and specially money.

This has to be rated as the worst ever airline service available at Chennai Airport, Very bad ethics followed by airlines and very unprofessional, Other flyers are well organized, personally myself and 4 members of family stranded at the airport no SMS or Mail they just cancelled the flight, all support staffs switched off lights and left, not a single GO air employee at the airport, they realized something was wrong and just fled the scene, I already checked in my luggage so just watched all this happen from the other side helplessly, and my relatives got struck on return flight too cancelled and no info about it, disappointed by their attitude and they refunded after 3 months. I am unable to understand how they keep their business running with " 0 " trust.

P.S there is no 0 stars so forced to give it a 1 Star.

Presently this is the worst service providing airline I have seen in present scenario. Without passengers consent they cancel the airlines on their own. Without taking the consent for refund of money they directly put the money in the new credit shell system which they have created. so without any reason your money which they were supposed to refund back to your bank account is kept with the airline. Due to this reason customer is compelled to utilise this airline only within the time frame of one year. let it be there whatever their charges may be if the customer is not comfortable also still he has to opt for higher fare charges of Go Air which is not suitable to him causing a lot of inconvenience to the passengers. Alsot they don't have any service counter in Visakhapatnam or many big cities. Calling them on the helpline number is of no use because they give a simple excuse of covid-19. Also their customer service executive never attended your call siting the excess pickupcall traffic.so ultimately you are left for no other option but to switch your to some other airlines. very worst service. very very worst. so my humble advise is think hundred times before opting for Go Air service because if you are stuck with some problem nobody's going to attend it.

The airline is so unreliable, actually one of the worst I’ve experienced so far. I think as far as memory serves, starting a decade ago, most of my bookings with Go Air have either been delayed or cancelled. As the timing suited my parents, thought let me give it another chance as a lot of time had passed since I booked with Go and yet again, another cancellation. A booking I had made weeks ago, suddenly I receive an email saying the flight you are booked on is canceled. I call the customer care and they start off as though they are going to solve every problem you present to them.
“Sir you can book any flight + or - 4 days or even the same day. I said okay same day other flight, he says sorry no other flight actually same day. I say ok a day earlier, he says sorry nothing on the prior date. I then ask for the days after, he says sorry nothing the after. I then obviously frustrated by now, say book me onto any flight in that 4 days window. Then he comes up with the trump card, sir we have no flights to offer you”
Now, owing to a stupid airline that cannot keep on schedule, I am having to pay 5 times the original booking amount. They don’t deserve another chance, somethings never change!! Thank you GO FIRST for ruining a well planned trip! Zero stars to you for service!

Please do not book in GO AIR. At the last moment they cancelled my ticket and till date they haven't refunded it. It's more than one and half years. They wont respond your call. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IN GO AIR. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! FOR SURE YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

2 times i have booked, they will cancel.at last moment, first time i got flight rescheduled, 2nd time they cancelled, i had to book other flight, but refund amount I still didn't receive after 16 days also called them so many times, they are telling its their policy that refund will be issued within 30 WORKING DAYS after I PUT CANCELLATION REQUEST.. i mean what the hell is that, they cancelled on their own and now they are telling their policy, its harassment why am i suffering when its their fault.
Its a fraud scheme, we book flight with online payment, they cancel at their own convenience and keep the money for 30days..
