I had a very bad experience with Indigo. Will not suggest anybody to take their service. Very pathetic customer service. No one had the humanity to help us. They just made the checking very late due to which we missed the flight. This is another scam just to make money. Indigo are money minded people. They have no courtesy. We had to book next flight, in that also the checking took so much time. But, we boarded the flight. And guess what? There was so much delay. Which means they could have allowed us in on the previous flight also, but they didn't. All money making gimmicks. Worst flight. Very unhelpful.(Chennai to Blr)

They may be efficient but taking customers for granted. Just had the incoming aircraft came, they announced we are ready for boarding and made everyone to stand for 30 minutes. But overall both the times had on time departure and early arrival.

Such a terrible customer service in Chennai. Despite the fact that we arrived 1.3 hours early, they refused to give us a ticket, saying that boarding had already begun, and forced us to pay an additional 2500 rupees. The manager is the worst example of their kind of person who doesn't meet the minimum requirements for this profile. Never again choose IndiGo.
