Very worst service, improper formalities no clear guidelines

Jet has all of a sudden cancelled all their flights between Chennai and Coimbatore from 01.07.18 onwards. This message is not conveyed to me as I have booked a ticket on 01.09.18 from MAA/CJB on their 1115 hrs. flight. What is the fate of passengers like me.

30 minutes boarding closes, 2 idiots at the ticket counted created a scene, i was in there 35 minutes prior, finally after drama they let me in. they dont clearly deserve the job

Worst customer service. I am following for refund more than 40 days due to flight cancellation. customer care reply only back end will work and take quick action. no sms or mail confirmation for refund in progress. very worst experience.
