Optimal Gym and Fitness

Trainers are not very helpful, have no customer service, unprofessional management, they only offer stuff when you are there to pay your fee, and once that is done your hue and cry about any complaint is unheard. 0 Rating from an experienced member overall had the worst experience in this gym.

Worst experience ever, no air ventilation at all so much suffocated while exercising even the air conditioner is not working properly. The trainers over here are so much arrogant & rude they only talk nicely when you come to join after that they don't even come to teach you, I don't recommend anyone to come and join here.

Good place for workout..they have almost all the machines and equipments that are of good quality...gym trainers are very supportive and professionals ...nice ambience ..nice staff..

worst gym in this area , pathetic service , they don't have Certified trainers and they only hire those trainers who are not Certified and unprofessional , they don't know about exercise , they don't know about Nutrition. How can they hire such trainers who don't have knowledge. And the owner of this gym doesn't care what's going in the gym , He only cares about profit .

Gym Reception staff is very rude..if u are one day over your due date they charge you 200/- per day as penalty ..they clean gym during workout so that dirt could choke your lungs...music..sucks only love songs ..as if we have come on date ....they dont have proper machines ...only basic machines are there ..no parallel dips machine ..thigh press is worst..Apart from two trainers sunny and abhi there is nothing in this gym that you can say.. worth your hard earned penny...owner doesnot showup or listen to queries and also they even charge you extra if you pay from credit card....no improvement ...just a local type gym

One of the best gym and trainer also...this place has certified and national medalist trainer...if you're interested please visit once..... 💪💪

The gym and all the previous trainers at-least used to be good but now the situation is pretty horrible. The management kicked out a lot of members because of no particular reason. Will not recommend this gym to anyone, as other gyms around the area are pretty good.

Giving one star because, first and foremost, this is an amateur gym. There will be no trainers. If you see any trainers by any means ,I am sure they are not trainers. Gym sweeper I would not name him publicly,the gym woner has allowed him to act as a trainer, and even he sometimes act as receptionists. Mr Verma, the owner, has no knowledge of fitness and is also extremely rude. So, if you're looking to invest in your health by going to this particular gym, you've come to the wrong place…
