I was new to gym, so was doing as my trainer was suggesting, don't go for look of the gym as they don't have trained trainers......i got ligament tear during exercise when my trainer was standing beside me giving orders m.i told him weight is high but didn't listend....
Don't waste your health or money here....

Fees is too high according to equipments and ambiance, it should be 1500rs/month.
