Gold's Gym

Bit expensive for an average gym attender. Place is crowded which makes the workout bit longer than expected. Trainers are fine, unless you get a personal trainer. They do play a good music to keep the gym active. Wear light weight shoes. One should visit 6:30 AM if you don't want to stand in a queue.

Trainers are always on the phone, the floor manager is never on the floor, no one comes to help you unless you ask!
The equipment is decent and the weights are good too, but without good mangement, good equipment is useless!!
The crowd has no decency to keep their weights back and the washrooms are always dirty!
I wouldn't want to visit again!

Good clean gym. Floor planning could have been better planned. There's a shack in the middle for no apparent reason. Instructors are good and motivated . Equipment is good quality.

Untrained staff. Trainers are arrogant and do absolutely nothing. The place is good only if you hire a Personal trainer. Half of the equipment are malfunctioning. Sauna is out of order.

Gym is with really of international standards. High tech machines personal trainers are available in this gym.
If you have little high budgets then surely go for this gym

One of the best gym in Surat. With flexible gym timing this is the way to go for people who are often busy. With experience staff and division of weight training and cardio area this is a good deal.

Gym has been shut since march 2020, no one is answering calls, there is no clarity or notice as to when the gym will start. All other outlets has started expect this. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
