This Gym offers great services at a nominal rate and often gives discount on various occasions for membership. Trainers and the Dietitian including other staff is very well experienced and good. Great ambience for exercising and professional equipments.

Nicely managed Gym. Not much crowded . Equipments also work properly. Instructors other than Perosnal Instructors who are really good need to be more active in interactions with customers. In Cardio section , one instructor needs be there permanently.

It's a good spacious gym overall with washroom + shower + steam facilities available. They got 4 to 5 treadmills.
They gym is well equipped but some basic essential equipment are missing like a double bar/parallel bar.
The cooling is adequate but they need to like pull down the curtains especially in mornings and afternoon.
They have got a functional area , to do High intensity & CrossFit exercises. But it's a wooden floor that is loose which needs immediate attention and repair.

Overall it's the best gym in Kalwa and Kharegaon area because it's clean, spacious and reasonably priced.

Amazing gym and Amazing place to workout , there are few trainer you would really like to get trained and they help you get your body in shape. Rahul and Shailesh are one of the amazing trainers. Massage, steam and washroom here are well maintained and that is an appreciable part.massuer service is great, if you are regular here you would like it. During peak hours there is a chance of not getting a locker

Irresponsible and unprofessional. They have closed the gym permanently without any prior notice. No refund has been given . Please refer the below image for better clarification.

It is now taken over by Fitness 18. Very good gym and Cardio specious and clean. Nicely maintained.
