JüSTa Lake Nahargarh Palace, Chittorgarh

We went there just to have a lunch. They charge 250 per person for boat ride to the palace. If you have room booking then such ride to and from the palace is free.
Food taste good, service is also up to the mark. But they don't have extensive menu, you have limited items to choose from.
We also check the room's, room infrastructure is decent but it could have been better. I am not overly excited to see the rooms, you can expect to have a decent stay.

It's good but need to improve alot. Swimming is at very perfect place with a good and seamless view.

Place is old and very good maintained but I didn't get any top quality service that i could refer to someone else service is so poor.

Food is worst at that high price. We ordered some snacks first but it was so bad that we had to leave the plate as it than we didn't order anything else.

Rooms are good but there are service issue that we faced that's why we didn't prefer for long stay.

Although it's nicely located property, but not much neat and clean property. Corridor smells disgusting, no room freshners, no hot water kettle, no air dryer, no wifi in room (available only in reception area). They charge 180 rps for 1cup of tea, 360 for 1 bowl khichdi and food taste was OK type. Since this is remotely located property, they should provide some extra service like bonfire, some cultural event etc. Felt like prisoners there being in haunted place. Never recommend anyone for any reason.

This was one of the highlights of my trip to Udaipur. The staff is just wonderful and the food is amazing. The dining chef he is excellent along with his staff. Extremely excellent stay.

It was my first experience living in the centre of the lake hotel—the hotel located at the end of the village. Make sure you call them when you reach the parking. The boat ride was so fun and exciting. Hotel restaurant serve good food, but they can make some changes in their menu and food quality as well. In general, the staff were helpful and very efficient. We went in winter, so we had no time to go to the pool.
As my suggestion, it was a one-night hotel stay.

Other than the location and the hardworking staff there isn’t much to praise about this hotel. We consider ourselves good world travelers instead of tourists, and we can be very flexible. This review is specifically for the owners and management who have obviously not taken accountability for providing the staff with the resources needed to maintain this property.

Check-in and check-out process was a disaster (we paid in advance). The hotel could not locate our booking and payment. Fortunately we had our records with us.

The rooms are not well maintained - we were ok with most of it since this was listed as heritage hotel. There were tapes on floor and baseboard, bathrooms were smelly and everything in the bathroom was severely chipped and/or broken but looked clean. Plumbing was in good order. The burn marks on a power outlet was concerning.

Again I would thank the staff for doing the best they can. I urge owners and managers to better manage and maintain this property.

Great experience... this is my second visit to this place... Good food, courteous staff and peaceful place....

Carry your Wi Fi device along... basic idea is to be away from routine...
