I asked for my aquaguard magna service and it's been 1month none of ur employee came for the service. Kindly resolve it ASAP.

Absolutely pathetic service.
4 months since I installed the Nrich water purifier, and its been giving us trouble since. Extremely high power consumption, and very bad output.
Service is beyond zero
Not the office nor 1 service person can be contacted.
100% would NOT recommend to anyone else. Look for better alternatives in the market

Dear Eureka Forbes team, please focus on providing after sell service.
I didn’t get a single service from the date of purchase to till date(1year) even after so many complaints through calls and email.

Don't buy expensive Eureka Forbes RO ... Worst service and cheating customers with duplicate RO filter membranes candles which goes bad after 2/3 months then demanding money for new filter membranes replacement. Even escalation with CEO desk not able to resolve issue during AMC period for 3 months...

Best Water Purifier and Good Service

I highly recommend never buy Eureka Forbes Aquargraud their services are worst ever technician only knows to change the filter with a huge amount i have suffered a lot with this Eureka Forbes if they come to service think that you have to pay a amount 3500 to 5000 if you are in a service period then also you have to pay this much amount.
