Titan World

It is old shop of titan now it sells titan, fastrack, sonata watches also. It is very popular in begusarai. I think everyone knows the shop name. Now it has a great collection of titan eye+ that is the brand of titan that deals with glasses and eye wears. It has good facilities and also parking place.

Poorest after sales service.
I asked to replace Strap of my 2 Fastrack watches. There are Titan made. They told that they will get these from Patna in a week time.

Even after 2 months they have failed to inform when can they gat the simple plastic sttaps of watches.

The salesman was irritated and talked rudely when he knew his helpless situation. All r so rude and filthy guys worth a bad mouth to be shunned.

Don't ever expect anything from useless illiterate pigs there who wear badge if Titan salesman.

nice place... store is now at a new location where parking is available... people can get benefit of eye testing in same store.... it is niw a combo store of titan eye plus and world of titan..

My sonata super fiber series watch was submitted here for repairment (all paperwork was done)in december 2017 now its february 2018, 2 months passed but they have done no repairment, no calls it seems as if I've sold that watch to them not they to me ... World of titan I am totally disappointed with your job... i didnt even wanted to give you 1 star
