They are dependent on Chennai office, and people at Chennai office wasted my time there. First they didn't reply for an hour, and then it was linch time in Faridabad, and then they provided replacement of wring product... at the end i got my device at approx 6PM. Wasted whole day there for just one replacement. However Mr. Charan ji was polite and supportive but there is nothing in his control, so that was a bad day for me. At the end thanks to whole staff as I got device replaced just before there office closing time . (Don't visit with family, Don't plan anything else if going there) Charan ji is good person and he will surely help and support you, but dependency on Chennai office may ruin your day. At the end you may get resolution. (Also carry your lunch as there is nothing nearby to eat)
