Pankaj international is a 3 year old company that produces organic mushrooms the hygienic way. This state of the art setup is located on a 5 acre plot that manufactures its own compost for mushroom farming. This is a 6 storey high cold storage setup where mushroom is grown in regulated conditions. A huge AC plant keeps this mammoth setup cool through the year. Daily production of 800-1000kgs of mushroom is produced. They are packed and shipped to Kolkatta from where its distributed around the country. These A+ category mushrooms are much in demand, if you are lucky as I am you get to see the facility. The premise is huge which consists of a huge warehouse, a huge 6 storey high cold mushroom production building and a huge yard for tractor servicing.
