I took him to Cancure hospital and Dr. Ashwin immediately diagnosed what had gone wrong and started treatment. The staff were very effective and did the needful.
I could see a huge difference in his health in just a day. And in 2 days, he was completely alright and went back to being the energetic bundle of joy that he is.
I would recommend this place to anyone with a pet who needs care. Even if u don’t live too close to this place, it would completely be worth travelling here with your pet to give him the care he/she deserves.
Last but not least, though I had to come here with my Dog for 3 days in total for treatment, after all those tests and injections and treatments, the amount of money that I was charged was surprisingly low(compared to other pet hospitals in the city).
Thank you!!
Dr. Ashwin is fantastic. He is so calm and a very good listener.
Also I was not very happy how they used two boys and a doctor just to extract a vile of blood, my cat suffered from a blood clot for almost 2 weeks... However when doctor Ashwin does it everything goes so smooth, and as my cat is big I hated the way how someone said Duma fellow , nobody has the rights to speak such things I don't even know if it is a joke from his end...however I would like to mention the behaviour of doctors when doctor Ashwin is around and when he is not is two different stories....
When I took the next doctors advise the first question is why is the cat diagnosed with UTI and no urine test taken....
Maybe Dr. Ashwin should look into this more keenly and get it sorted
Also everyone takes their pet cause there is something we are worried about the receptionist kept sending others in stating these pets have an emergency....
Had to wait for almost 2 hours and Dr. Shaista was not ready to answer any doubts like doctor Ashwin does she said to my face i need to look at other patients and walked away.
All these things made it so hard that I had to switch . Dr. Shaista is not very accomodated or has the right knowledge...
But ppl can definitely reach out to Dr. Ashwin
Currently we have a new member in our family, a cute Turkish and stray cross breed cat. It's around 7 months old and is huge :).
As a new cat parent, it is really tough to understand the baby, what to do with regards to vaccination? is it important?, which vaccination? Which food is the best? Which shampoo is the best? There are a million more questions regarding them.
All these doubts can be answered by the vets working at this hospital.
It's a really beautiful hospital, in terms of hospitality, doctors knowledge and staff etiquette. They have organised rooms to cater to a variety of different animals.
The pet at your first appointment is also given a cute customised passport booklet that stores all information about them, from name to size to vaccination status and any ongoing treatment. This really helps in the long run!
Doctors are knowledgeable and staff is well trained. The receptionists are also really polite and any question will be answered with assurance.
The cost of consultation is 400, may vary depending on any future changes.
The hospital also has a hidden basement parking for 4 wheelers so feel free to drive to it. A small suggestion, if you are planning to take your car ,see to it that you visit the hospital in morning hours when the traffic is less, as the sun sets the road opposite the hospital is jam packed with vehicles.
The only drawback that I could notice was the animal food and equipment for retail sale is on the higher side of the cost spectrum.
But other than that , you will be content and satisfied with the treatment they offer.
