My cat jumped out of the 5th floor, i took her here first in emergency, the doctor used a torch to check her eyes said she has head trauma, go to versova. In my shock and stress, ofcourse i was worried sick and in no condition to drive so i asked for some references closer, they said there were none in borivali. So the doctor wrote what i told her on a paper signed it and at the back wrote names of hospitals i could go to. So ty doctor for reference And for this i was charged 500rs of course for consultation. So they are great only for vaccines, but cannot help in any emergency cases.

Dr Neha is really good! The staff too. Polite. Overall not very expensive 🫰

Worst please to visit, Never ever visit if your actually love your pet. FEMALE doctor here is just Money minded & least bothered to trace actual simtance of your pet. Her way of working is as .. you keep on saying & she will prepare Injection to give it to your pet & then write some medicine.... which is available there itself & she is done.
She gave us same medicine thrice with only Name change.... Just for minting money, which was above Rs.1000 - 1500 each time with no use. So we have changes our Doctor in Borivali itself & Happy Now.
Can't give - Star .... So 1 Star. She should also go to school to learn some manner to talk. Worst very doctor have ever come across.

It's expensive. Treatment is not always effective. Maybe slow because herbal medicine is used often.

I always bring my pup here, and my experience with Dr Neha has always remained positive. She is kind and patient and goes the extra mile to explain problems and clarify doubts.

Very bad service I took my pet to her firstly she started to tell u will not afford the treatment and she was in a hurry to go home worst communication of the doctor I did not want to give 1 star also but unfortunately needed it so my experience was worst with her will not suggest her to anyone she has lots of attitude in her

I had called on a Sunday as they were open and my cat was having seizure and needed an IV line inserted as well.

The doctor told me if you have already taken to another vet then he won't entertain.

I later found out that's because he won't get his consultation fees.

He did not even agree to see the cat. I finally found Dr Neelima in malad.

Definitely not recommended this vet
