If you are searching for a calm and peaceful place to have vegetarian food along with friends and family, then Hamsa is perfect. Beautiful ambience and quality vegetarian food. They have quite a lot of interesting items in their menu even though it is just veg. Price slightly on the higher side but was worth the taste and overall service.

Nice ambience and food. It's a fine dine restaurant with good seating arrangement. The service was good by the restaurant. Very good option for pure vegetarian people as it's fine dine so a bit expensive like curry starting from Rs550 etc. Food was tasty. It's has dark lighting and ambience. Book your in advance ( recommended)

One of those overrated restaurants!
Decent ambience. Good service. Food is just close to nothing. Barring rotis, nothing was yumm. Honestly none of us liked any dish. Limited parking available. Valet is available too. Definitely on the expensive side for the food they offer..

I've been waiting to go here for a while now and it was definitely a good experience for sure. If you are looking to have amazing South Indian food that is also vegetarian, look no further. Service was great and prompt. The food speaks for itself 🤤
It's an experience to dine here as the ambience is wonderful.

Very tasty and soul satisfying vegetarian food I have ever had in my life. I booked this place as a surprise for my Husband but little did he know it was a vegetarian place and he's non vegetarian guy who's meal doesn't go without non-veg , so he was little dissapointed when said. After the tasting, he became so full that he couldn't even complete the served dishes, he loved the taste so much. He was surprised that he could eat tummy filled veg food enjoying each dish. Only backdrop is service, giving slots is fine but need not keep their customers waiting half n hour long. Exterior is still going on ,I hope it will be completed soon.

Chennai needs more veg only fine dining to cater to people who are pedantic about having it. Thanks to Hamsa, people get a good experience of what luxury infused good food looks like.

The ambience is amazing, the taste was exquisite and the staff were friendly too.

We bought 3 starters as a sample platter for 4 to cater for the 7 of us. The main course definitely needs a shout out as the panneer methi dish was a showstopper! The veg kolapuri didn't hit the mark either. It felt too crunchy and undercooked. I wouldnt order that again. We wanted the Lotus stem gravy which was unfortunately unavailable.

The idiappam biryani was delicious and so were the banana stem starter and the cream of tomato rasam given as a soup.

Srikanth was our waiter and he did an ace job accommodating all our requests.

The lime mint drink was not up to mark and the nannari sarbath felt like it missed the soul of the actual sharbath. However the main course made us feel content and satisfied.

I hope they refurb the place soon and we are able to experience the whole ambience soon.

Visited here with colleagues, from the exterior, this looked like a residential building, we waited about ten minutes before being taken upstairs to the dining room.
The ambiance was very calm and subtle, not lit up too much either.
Food was amazing, probably one of the best vegetarian restaurants I’ve been to!
This place is a hidden gem, may only be known to the more affluent group? Only a thought, but the restaurant is a must busy place if you’re in the area.

We went for dinner last week for the Hamsa Adyar. The amenities was so appetising and the staffs are so very welcoming. It was a great experience and well spent evening. If you’re a vegetarian lover, then this should be there in your list . Overall a great experience with tasty food and great cosy ambience
