Hotel Aiswarya has always been part of my childhood memories. I'd always remember the taste of the mushroom soup I had from here. But that was way back in 2004. I visited the hotel recently and was extremely dissapointed with the food. The veg meals, though cheap, only filled my stomach and not my heart. I did not take a second helping.
P.S- It was a really crowded day yet the service was pretty good.

A vegetarian restaurant offering fair quality South Indian dishes at a reasonable price. It also has an air-conditioned section of restaurant. Considering the size of the town situated just before Rameswaram, this restaurant can be termed as a good one, better than those in Rameswaram.

Very tasty food is available at all the time. Price is reasonable.

The 2 major cons are...

1. Parking is not that good. They have a security there but most of time, the space is occupied by 2 wheelers. Opp is a Police Station and there is no parking completely. If we park there without knowing it, they'll lock the door.

2. Hotel is in underground and is not suitable for elderly people and physically challenged people.

Servers are ugly and serving with dirt hands. Hand wash place smells bad... The only positive thing is the cashier behaves softly and replies to my enquiries.

We had both dinner and breakfast here. The fried rice was cooked with minimal spices and oil as requested. The uthappam and dosas and Pongal were super delicious and went down nicely with filter coffee. Very reasonable prices and overall great experience.

Taste wise it is average. Service can be better. They force to buy some items. For a family better place to eat a veg food
