Hotel Mathura Executive

Recently i had a family trip to Konkan and we stayed there for 2 nights (14th & 15th Aug'22). Room is specious and neatly maintained. Food is awesome particularly breakfast and dinner. Lunch i have not tried as we were roaming outside. Hospitality is excellent. All the staffs from Security to reception Desk and restaurant too are very humble and polite. I will strongly recommend to choose this property without any hesitation and in future i will undoubtedly opt to stay here only.

very nice services. Hotel ambiance very good 👍. Food is delicious. Only one thing is that Tea is not teasty.

Amazing ambience with great food quality. Great option for vegetarian. Service is also good. Mostly crowded at peak hours. Great place to visit with your friends and family.

All comforts at one spot. Very polite and co-operative staff. Special thanks to Shri. Rupesh Devasthali for his promptness of changing the mattresses. Nice food. We 4 senior citizens enjoyed our stay.

Best thing is mathura special with Nan... ^⁠_⁠^.. atmosphere is silent good.... Vibes are nice with shadiwala music.. and yes this is 100% veg even is better than non-veg (⁠✷⁠‿⁠✷⁠)

Everything is just fine but I would give them five stars if they get their wifi fixed. At times you are able to connect and sometimes you don't.

Staff is courteous. However the person taking the orders seemed inflexible towards modifying the spice 🔥 quotient of items like soup. Order Tomato soup and wanted it spicy. He flatly refused said try hot and sour instead which is a shame as the soup was well made. But perhaps the soups are prepared hence no customisation. Otherwise service was prompt. Quality of food excellent.

The hotel is very clean and situated in heart of city. Mr Aniket is very helpful and had supported us from first day and made our stay memorable.
