Mr. Surojit Banerjee booked his verna car on 9th January 2021 with a payment commitment of within one week but final payment made on 14th february and took delivery and we have hold the car for him for this period of time because of he has some shifting problem health problem ect, after that there are some 1 to 2 month lockdown and slow work and also seller have some health issue but in spite of all problem we have replied his all phone calls and final we have handed over his smart card on 18 august 2021 from Kolkata motor vehicle where buyer and seller both went there and confirmed purcchase sale deal. No name transfer pending of any customer from our side.

Good place to deal with pre owned cars and good behaviour of the owner of 4S Capital. Appreciate the overall service received initially , but after that the after sales service is horrible, still waiting for my smart card and get the name transfer done. Waiting since last 4 months to get my smart card with name transfer. When trying to contact the owner not receiving the call. Very poor after sales service. Didnt expected such irresponsible attitide after several chase and call attempts.
