Very nice cars but buyers need to negotiate going to buy an ertiga and a brezza here soon.

Wrost service provider... They even don't know how to treat there customers.... Such a useless staff maruti suzuki have
Its not first time every time the staff misbehave and even they di not complete there services in time.... Wrost experience as a customer of this company.... Regretting to be a customer of this company. If a company wants a good reputation it should change its staff and appoint the people who have good manner to deal with customers

Buy from Mahindra First Choice instead of this scammer hub.

By far the worst place to purchase a car. These guys only care about taking money from you. They won't even provide the "bare" minimum that is required in order to secure a customers purchase.

I purchased a car from them on 7th June 2021, the ONE thing you'd expect a showroom to do? Check the car's water level and coolant in-take. But no, these guys didn't even do that, never mind the fact that they sold me a car with faulty battery so I had to get it replaced at my OWN cost INSIDE the showroom. They even sold me a car with NO water or COOLANT. They also didn't wash the car :) kept promising "dulhaan ki tarah saaf kardenge" but didn't even clean it once.

It was a MIRACLE the car didn't set on fire when I drove, I ended up paying more than INR 25,000 in repair works while the true value people kept saying "Service mat karana, sab kardiya hai". "Gaadi ek dum saaf hai".

Imagine taking a car home and having to PUSH it to your garage on first-day. Imagine taking a car for your first drive to a MECHANIC by TOWING it.

That's what happened to me, the mechanic I took my car too said I was lucky. Without water and coolant, the car could have total engine failure which would have made it worth 0. It hasn't even been 4 days and I have taken the car to the mechanic MORE than I have even driven it myself.

So do yourself a favor and head to Mahindra First Choice instead of True Value.
