Edit: I have to change my review on 17 Jan 2023 after a bad experience. I bought a car from cars24 few days back and also sold a car. I was told during buying that I'll get 10000 exchange bonus when I will sell my existing car. I reached out to the buyer department to settle the bonus but now I have been told that you should have sold the car first and then bought the new car to get the discount. The good experience has turned into a bad experience. Not recommended to deal with cars24 unless you get things in written. Don't trust their words.
Original review : The experience was smooth esp. Uma Kant Gupta ji helped me with a lot of test drives at the center and never made me felt that i was taking a lot of his time. He is a gem of a person. Highly recommended.

Quick service, delivered what was promised, even side mirror was quickly replaced in two days.

Abhishek, the sales consultant, helped me find the right one that mostly ticked all the boxes. I ended up taking two for a test drive and picked the one I liked best. Abhishek talked me through the purchase process. Options for an extended warranty, insurance, finance and after-sales support too.
