Selling my i10 automatic car was so easy. Chennai TNagar branch staff were so helpful and courteous. Entire process was done so smoothly and my car was sold for a much better price than what I expected. I am very happy with their service.

Cars24 really helped me in selling my car at a reasonable price. The RC transfer was also hassle free. Fully verified. Moreover,It has a numerous variety of cars and all are very well maintained. I'll definitely recommend this app to others.

Overall experience was good.... but the amount they offer against your car remains very low. Not only me but my friend too got very low price for the cars we wanted to sell through cars24. Not so recommended

I booked an appointment and went for my swift VDI inspection but my experience was very bad this time with the Cars24 however earlier i sold one of my old vehicle "WagonR" to this outlet may be that time executive were able to convince me . Now what is faced this time is everything were went well starting from inspection till auction but suddenly once price came executive started convince me but he was not able to do so since provided quoted were very less price for my car, I told him i am getting good price outside why you people giving less price since my vehicle is in good condition with no repaint job done on the same .The executive name "Sayni Jain" was started argument and even he was not listening to me ... I mean this was very disappointed like how you have to treat a customer even we don't have any deal .... i was keep saying if you can't provide my expected amount there is no sense of discussion further. I went to visit this outlet since i had a good experience previously GZB from noida but i was wrong. I won't recommend anyone since they doesn't provide worth amount for your vehicle also starts blaming to you for asking the worth price and other outlets those are providing you the worth amount for your vehicle ..........

Spinny provided me door inspection service and I found the great deal and i am happy with that..

Visited two times for car inspection. Neither succeed. Poor customer care service.

Do not share your contact details with them. First, they will not offer best price then keep calling you even after you tell them car is sold.
In my case, they kept calling me 2-3 times daily for more than a year. Finally, I had to escalate it to founder's level and then only I get rid of these calls.

This place was good Although the staff is cooperative but they don't deliver on what they display through advertisement like instant review and payments. In actual, you will end up spending entire day. Moreover, they claim free RC transfer and other lucrative benefits but in real, you will end up paying for service charges, even instant payment is chargeable INR 1,100 + GST or you will get the payment within 48 to 72 hours and there are few other charges which you will end up paying like:
1. Hypothecation removal charges even when you are giving NOC 🎮👈🔥
2. Bank NOC Holding or INR 2,000 for obtaining fresh NOC through Cars24 🙋😈🚹
My suggestion is don't fall for the advertisement but explore multiple places to sell your old car. I am sure you will end up with better deal.
