I bought maruti swift from car trade indirapuram branch. They did a mistake in my name in RC now they are saying that it's quite difficult to do correction in RC however they told me that RC transfer is their responsibility and if there is any mistake in RC record then they will take care; you don't need to worry about it.

Now I am chasing them to get an update. Not very Happy with their response.

You Should maintain customer relationship post purchase/deal as well so that he/she can refer you/CarTrade to his/her friend/relative.

Response Reply : I know that RC transfer is the matter of RTO office but my concern is who will follow up; customer/CarTrade.

Also at the time of car handover there were few things which were not working/missing and it was told me that he will arrange it in few days but now it's been more than a month ; still not get it.
Please let me know clearly whether you stand on promise/commitment which you guys made with customer at the time of deal.
I will not follow up further, if you say NO.

Not enough inventory, very old cars, doesnt help to decide on car purchase, one car stopped while taking a test drive.. pls try maruti true value.
