Brought a car one and half month ago, still registration transfer not done. Visiting regularly, but no progress.

Recently purchased a car here and the prices are reasonable

It's a small business that sells used cars. I saw their advertisement in Olx. I went there to see a car. Place is easy to locate. There were two owners and one cleaner. I liked one car. They did not give the actual owner details and they said that the car owner will never be there in the sale transaction. They did not show car papers and loan papers. They asked me to give them advance amount and asked me to bring the remaining money full amount in cash only. They did not want bank DD or RTGS. I did not feel comfortable to give them advance cash without seeing the car documents and loan documents. I googled about their business. In one of the reviews, a buyer said that he faced problems with his car registration when he bought from here. So, I have decided not to take risk. I dropped my transaction and returned home.

Without seeing Car Original Documents and Original Owner of the Car how can we Pay Advance ? These People are Cheating all the New Customers, Weekend Software People don’t Go and Buy Cars Blindly at All the Car Traders and Second Hand Car Sellers.
