Worst service experience ever. They have removed one button from my car and even after several complaints they have not ordered from Tata Motors. Service manager Mr. Ajit is most unprofessional person. Dealer will provide only false and misleading info to you. My suggestion dont visit and purchase or service your car from this kind fraudster and unprofessional dealer and service manager.

All staffs are waste. Very worst experience in buying the car. Don't go with them better u go for another companies like true Sai or any other. Don't go with schakralaya motors kindly highlight this comment

Very very worst showroom Cuddalore schakralaya motors,Please don't buy cars this showroom..staffs are not give proper information and not responce,this is 2nd time it's my experience guy's please move to other car showrooms..I saw one staff used openly (i don't know but I think that is Hans*)inside the showroom,the management is worst,who is that manager,i think that manager is lethargic..manager its not worth t..service department also worst (2months before my relative call that service person he not answering)
And I came 4months ago,2girls are attend me When I asked them they didn't know anything of car details.,,Management and sales leader why don't give train them properly?,worst....
Infrastructure is avarage..

The dealer was very supported to buy a new and used cars here they can treat all customers with priority to full fill their needs on both sales and service especially they have some type of models in used cars which will be good do buy in clear documentation
