This year Jan we bought used hyundai i10 (2007) model Chennai registration from vijay cars. The overall buying experience is okayish... but here the real deal is they really try to sell very bad conditioned cars to customers. Nowadays it's hard to trust mechanics. Even we took a mechanic and test drove the car. He said engine is okay. But some minor repairs needs to be done. Believing that it will not cost much be closed the deal to 2lakhs. After 7 months of owning the car we almost spent 35k. Now the car is in mechanic shed for brake repair. Complete master cylinder set replacement. Suspension gone. During rainy day the engine misfires. I think we need to spend another 40k. So totally this cost around 2 lakh 75 thousand including vehicle cost. For that price the car is not worth it. The reason why I gave one star is, the lack of genuinety from vijay car staff. Just for the commission money they over exaggerated the vehicle. Vijay cars staff please stop doing this. We put hard earned money in buying vehicles so don't cheat your customers. I sincerely don't recommend this place if you want to a good purchase of used car. Take your time and test drive cars. Do a bit of research. Look for cars in your well know circle. Don't trust these agents.

Vijay cars it’s a brand

Worst response to customer and there is a monster who make people not to buy cars.Vijay cars is a good place but office staff needs to learn how to behave with customers.And office staff words are shouting and proving others words as wrong whatever office staff is speaking 70% fraud only.If vijay cars change office staff and gave good customer support means people first place is buy cars is vijay cars only.i had my worst experience while buying a car here.even they delivering no cleaning and no support.So if you didn't find good behavior don't buy cars in this place it is a worst decision you are taking.
