The owner Mr.Santosh is very well behaved and soft spoken.The main problem is that the paper work for purchase of cars is very slow and non responsive.Every time the purchaser have to make call and check for car papers work status.They will never call and update to customer.Staff needs to be more trained.They must well behave with the customers.For me...the paper work took 45 days for RC transfer and later for insurance formality I was told to do it myself.They committed that they will get it done for me on my cost, but after 45 days also it was not done.Very slow and irresponsible attitude.If you plan to visit the shop keep these points in mind.VERY DISSATISFIED WITH AFTER SALE SERVICE
