But the expected rates are provided much lower than expected.The location visited by me was in Goregaon West on the S.V.Road.

Car sold in 1 day. No hustles no worries. They take care of the paperwork. But u have to spare 3 hours and your car is sold. They give decent price too.

I didn’t find it authentic. They are not at all service oriented.
Even after taking an appointment, they said that they have a waiting time of 2hrs!!!!
And inspection process is for 45minutes inspection and then 45 minutes for their internal working. And price will be quoted after 2hrs which is valid for that day only!

Do you think an expert needs 2hours to check the value of car??

And waiting in queue for 2hours? Now a days showrooms sell brand new car in hour

Also, there is no parking space for more than 1 car. You have to park it on s v road and that too on a junction, which affect the traffic.

So friends better don’t waste time and visit either local dealers or exchange it in showroom against new car

They offer the worst possible price for your car. I had an offer on their portal for 6.7Lakh as per their call center executive but the store offered me only 6.2 that too after 2 days. They initially offered me a price of 5.65! That too they were pushing me to sell it to them at a lower price. Plus the customer care staff is very rude and ill mannered. Please do not waste your time here...

2nd time visited cars 24. They give lowest price. 2 customer went un happy while I was at their place. Be ready for atleast 40% lower price than what market is offering.
