It was a very good experience. My car was thoroughly checked,photographed and even engine sound recorded. They did check the car in depth. Got a good price for my car though not great. But the people at cars24 were professional and helpful. Overall a very good experience with minimal hassles.

No service at all. Very disappointed.
The relationship manager does not exist (nothing from him/her side, They have not tried to contact me).
I've selected a car to buy, made an offer. But, hadn't got any response after several days.
After contacting customer support (Actually four times), They said they will forward my request to the relationship manager and there will be a meeting on an urgent basis on the same day.
But, till now nothing happned.

I want to sale my wagon r 2009 model. Though it is very old model i got price beyond my expectation. I have also visited other dealers but not get the price which i have got from cars24. Service is very bad. I was visited after taking appointment than also they said me that to come after two hours. I am come after two hours than also i was seated there two hours in waiting. After that they are giving too much low price of my car. Low means too much low. Please don't go hear to waist your time.

Well you may get a good price depends on the condition of your car. Inspection time is about an hour. Total time is upto 2 hours. After auction you need to revisit the place if you negotiate and wait for right price and that will take your another 2 hours. But worth it

Customer oriented policies; the company knows what its customers want. I went to the office to sell my car. A few things of worry from my end were - my car was financed by ICICI, I needed a quick sell as I am planning to shift and I did not want to put myself through several visits to RTO. In my first visit to Cars24 itself I was able to make a deal. The second visit was to handover my documents, keys, etc.
The staff is very welcoming and supportive. Also, I am happy with the offer they made for my Grand i10 Sportz K 1.2 model.
