They don't have a lift 😞 There should be a lift at least for people who struggle to walk! My mum has arthritis and it was really difficult for her to climb two floors.

There's no proper ventilation. Feels suffocated when you spend some time looking at the car. Some sections have AC but still!

The staff is really helpful and they do provide good service though!
