Dr. Vikram U. Deshmukh – Shree Urology Hospital

Advanced center for urological surgery....staff is courteous, doctors are very efficient and all matters are dealt with in a very transparent manner

My father had enlarged prostate, normal 10-16 gms prostate enlarged up to 95 gms.
We consulted Shree Urology Hospital (Dr. Vikram Deshmukh). My father undergone TURP surgery on 5th July.
I am writing this review on the basis of our experience.

About Hospital:
It is located in the easily reachable location. It is cleaned and peaceful environment with decent staff. Rooms were big and cleaned, especially toilets were clean (beyond expectation from local hospitals of cities like Amravati). But mosquitoes were present and Bedsits changed only when we asked care taker to do so.
Best part is, doctor has residence above hospital, so added benefit is 24*7 availability, in case of emergency.

About Doctor:
According to me, Good hospital depends on the doctor, his consultation and treatment.
Dr. Vikram sir is very punctual and gives you importance unlike other doctors from Amravati.
Speak very less but never missed out any important point during consultation. I feel him as strict personality but very very punctual in his work.
My father hospitalized for 3 days during surgery. As father is diabetic, MD Medicine (Dr. Achliya) doctor asked to stop taking regular tablets for sugar and to switch to Insulin inject-able 24hrs before surgery, if needed.
Hence sugar level (As well as Blood Pressure) need to be monitor during that period. Doctor himself available and measured the level.
On the day after surgery, I saw him visiting us till very late (approx till 11:30pm-12:30am) in the night and next day morning 5am, 7am and 9am, 2pm, 4 pm and so on..
Even after discharged, he prescribed very less medication (lesser the quantity than the local doctor who prescribed half dozens of medicines for cold/cough/flue).
I feel, he is one of the best doctor available in Amravati.

I faced dilemma before consulting him but feels satisfied by his treatment. Hope my review will help someone in need.

Sir is very cooperative nd explains everything nd he's very supportive in case we need any advice always there to explain overall experience was good🙂

Dr Sir's way of talking was very bad and even not listening properly.
No discussion and directly suggested for operation.
Not said anything and when we asked questions to related kidney stone operation so he said the wrong question.
Not listing anything and only saying go for immediate operation.
The worst experience that I have faced.
No Cooperation at all.

Hi Can You please Tell me If Syphilis treatment is avaible or not

Please tell me is laser/ZSR circumcision available?
If yes what is the cost for the surgery?
