The University itself is not that great. The facilities are good and trained here. If you are here to study further, you should explore other options also. During Summers it's humid and hot here, in winters it is fine there. But it becomes hell in the monsoon season. the whole University submerges into waist level water , the studies are conducted online then. However there is a beautiful lake beside the University and a park like structure but ruined by local people. During winters you can spot Siberian birds here. they come all the way from sibera. but they have been constant hunt for poachers, they sell there meat, there is a strict law for this but nobody cares. nahi toh pata nahi kaha se udaunga hai na ki kya galti se bol rahe ho gya hai wo bhi bata de ki nahi hai. This used to be a wonderful park back in day's , inaugurated by our respected ex prime minister Chandrasekhar ji, and hence it's named Jannayak Chandrasekhar University. The park was vandalised and university was put in the place. All the area is surrounded by water body. You can sometimes spot peacocks here as well, but it all depends on your luck . If you wish to study here, "best of luck".
