Department of Life sciences is one of the strongest department of Central University of Tamil Nadu, India. All the faculties are cooperative in nature and internationally trained.

It's a supportive environment to learn and experiment. Loved the faculty and environment. Instruments are usually readily available.

The only trouble we faced was poorly maintained washrooms (not just a problem of DLS). But that was back in 2020, before lockdown. I hope things changed now.
