Encalm Lounge

They give you only 2 hours of lounge access on one card. Had to swipe 3 cards since I had a 7 hours gap between flights. It's a far bigger space in comparison with the lounge at Chennai. They have ample seating spaces, work spaces and dining area. I wish they had a few sleeping chairs as well! They have a spa/massage service centre. They also have shower rooms. It's a pretty cozy and comfortable space overall.

Very spacious and comfortable, even have lounger seats for long hauls. Food varieties are limited when i visited but delicious food with live cooking stand. Staff is well manner and kind. Wifi speed is good too.

Place was well arranged and the view from the lounge was amazing. Very similar to the view from the GSK lounge at Mumbai. But the spread wasn't that great. It was a bit disappointing. They had Idli and Vada for breakfast. No sandwiches or anything. Barely any options for non veg. There was gooey scrambled egg and baby sausages. That's all. Coffee was served via vending machine and it was good. All the ground staff were too engaged in their work so none were available for assistance

Placed in the lower deck the place seems silent till you enter the place. It's densely populated over Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Food spread was good with one chicken option.

Staff super cooperative and said they end up serving almost 3000 people on a single day over the weekend.

Completely packed, staff trying their best, bit just couldn't keep up.. no peace and quiet one expects from a lounge! Roamed around for 10 mins and then left as couldn't even find a seat. Better to just stay in the normal terminal building

I loved Banglore lounge better for sure for a lot of reasons.

Most useless management.
Filthy toilets.
Not even a cup of tea available.
All patrons of credit cards who claim to provide lounge access at airports and all credit cards must note that this is what you are charging us the member ship fee for.
Supervisor of the lounge should be take. To task immediately.

My credit card has been charged by M/S Collinson Services.

It was clean and tidy.
The staff was well dressed and up to the mark.
Food quality was decent but variety was very less.
Seating capacity is good but amenities are less in terms of F&B.
The washroom also was not up to the mark, hand dryer was not working and there was a lack of tissues as well

Plaza Premium doesn't require reviews, but tips. Make sure, your debit/credit cards have complimentary lounge access (if yes), they will charge 2rs for the time you are present during layover. The foods are ultimately classic & desi. Alcohol, you need to pay certain fee charges (I'm not sure precisely). Rest, try to fill yourself in cabin corners, for privacy if you're working or need private time. Amazing experience of 3hrs here.
